In terms of ingredients and macros, this powder is great. But that was the only thing I found great. The first thing I learned when trying to make a shake with this powder is that if you don't follow the exact directions (use exactly 6-8 ounces of milk/water and mix for ONLY 20-30 seconds ), you'll end up with a blender filled to the brim with thick foam that won't set and is essentially useless. If you blend for a set amount of time and don't have a small blender, it will remain clumpy and the powder won't create a thickening effect. So it's basically a watery cocktail with chunks. If you put it in a blender bottle and shake, you get the same thing. I ended up having to hand mix the shakes for about 10 minutes each time to get the right consistency. The taste is pleasant, very soft, without any foreign aftertaste. This is definitely one of the easiest powders to add to something rather than using it alone as a smoothie.
