Our French hated it
I hesitate to criticize this bag because it is very good quality, but the soft shape and lack of structure did not suit our pup. She kept crawling out of the top and pulling her entire torso out of the hole almost falling out making her very difficult to wear/carry. When I tightened the rope around the neck hole it wasn't high enough so it was choking her. The base is too soft for her to sit on, so she couldn't get comfortable enough to sit down. Great idea but doesn't work in real life. Also, I missed the return window, so I'll stick with it.
