Great brace but if injury is in correct place

Great brace. If injury is in wrong place, it will rub against it. Once it isn’t to painful, it will be great for stability and non rolling of the ankle

If you are alone with no one to help you it''s really hard to put on especially when you are in pain from a sprained ankle. It''s not at all comfortable if you want to put your feet up, (which you need to do with a sprain), because the hard plastic on each size is awkward and bulky. It''s okay for walking around the house but not with shoes on or for any extended time. You are better off getting a good ace-type bandage really.
