Review on 🚽 Brondell Swash SE600 Bidet Toilet Seat – White (Round Toilets) – Enhanced with Oscillating Stainless-Steel Nozzle, Warm Air Dryer, and Ambient Nightlight by Troy Kocur

When the unit arrived I was able to install it quickly and it was working great within a day. On the second day, the machine wouldn't turn off while washing. I contacted Brondell for a warranty repair and they said they would offer priority service. I would like to say that a 3 week lead time does not seem like a priority service; I believe that standard ground shipping has played a big role for a long time. I repackaged the device in the box it came in with the supports originally supplied, expecting it to work well during transit. When I got the device back, it was no longer in the original packaging. When I opened it up, I found a sticker that said "Device was received oiled." When I took it out of the box, I found that the logo was worn down the entire top of the device, staining it blue , and that the device had numerous scuffs and scratches ("smudge marks” can be seen in the image, but other scuffs/scratches on the device are not visible in the images). Basically, a brand new device that I've only used for 2 days looks like it's already 10 years old. My wife and I are incredibly upset that we spent $400 on something that now feels like we should have only paid $50. At least we have a note saying the way our unit looks now isn't Brondell's fault. By the way, an indifferent attitude towards customers leads to the fact that they stop being customers. As for the bidet, it works great after the repair. It will do exactly what the manufacturer says it will do. From the company's point of view, however, they failed. Her lack of interest in quality made me incredibly angry with her. Every time we look at this device it will remind us of that horrible experience and make us feel like we just wasted $400. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for a company that delivers a quality product with customer service to match.
