I’ve been working with them for over 2 years now! They are always very responsive to my needs/questions (and even more so in this past year).

When we were building out our platform they helped us create an onboarding process that has allowed me access into their tools without any issues or problems at all from beginning until present day - which is amazing considering how fast it's growing these days!! We have never had anything but great experiences together since then- not only do you get quality service every time by EAST SIDE CO., Inc.-but also your team members continue work diligently towards solving whatever problem may come up next after completion of each project along side one another. It doesn't matter what question arises because everyone works hard toward getting back right away if ever needed help should arise again within 24 hours most likely. !
