I was ecstatic to get a cute, pristine-white coat for the winter, but. oh dear 🤦‍♀️ I ordered a medium and I am 5'4/120lbs. I do usually wear a small, but I wanted something that would be a little larger so that I could wear sweaters under it without being cramped.I'll admit, this allows that. but the medium is HUGE. I mean this thing cuts off mid-calf and the "hip bumps" are 3 inches above my knees.honestly, I could've gotten past it. On god, I would've put up with it because I hate going to the post office to make returns. BUT. It was DIRTY 🧐😤. The fuzzy bits of the hood had icky brown clumps in it, and there were some little brown spots on the outside of the coat.Now, if you're still not convinced that this jacket is a low-key bad-buy, the fuzzy part of the hood is kind of tedious to put on. There are 10 buttons seen on to the coat hood, and you have to lace the loops (on the fuzzy bit) onto the hood.
