Review on Microflex DFK 608 M Medium Flock Lined Gloves by Tom Timmer

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Different than before. Now they're cheap junk.

Not like before. They changed the packaging but claim it's "the same great product". Not at all. It's a stiffer, cheaper feel. I don't like these new gloves at all. I'm sure they somehow compromised and ruined a great product. ***Update*** Well, after a few days of use, I quickly confirmed my initial disdain for these new gloves. Whole finger caps keep falling off after 5-10 minutes of wearing. I tore several gloves trying to put them on. That NEVER happened with these gloves. On the positive side, I found a replacement. The company is called Liberty Glove & Safety and their gloves are Duraskin. Anyway, I like them better than these. FYI, these are no ordinary disposable gloves. The inside is "flocked" or lined with a soft, fluffy texture that wicks moisture (rather than trapping moisture like traditional disposable gloves do). I use them after applying hand lotion so I can touch things without worrying about lotion getting on everything. To me, this is a cheaper and more disposable version of the cotton lotion gloves some people use. :)

Pros
  • Laboratory, protective and work gloves
Cons
  • High price
