Very easy to manage and set up. You simply take it out of the box, unfurl it, mount two poles (longer for the main wings, shorter for the tail fins), tie the rope and the kite is ready to fly. There's really no trick to flying a kite, the only rule is that there has to be wind. Try flying a kite when it's not windy enough to make you look like Charlie Brown. On a windy day at the beach, the kite was out of the box before I could tie the rope. This kite is HUGE and pulls, so make sure your little ones get a hold of it. This kite has a long tail, thanks to which it is stable. For the price, great value. This is a kite so all materials are thin and light. Maintain it, don't break it, treat it with care and you can benefit from it. Remember - IT HAS TO BE WIND!
