Review on 🌪 Robinair 15510 VacuMaster Single Stage Vacuum Pump - 5 CFM, Single-Stage by Tim Airy

Poor packaging Can't tell if it's bad packaging or a condition label, the pump I bought was in use, in very good condition good condition. The packaging looked like someone had kicked it in the truck all the way to my house. The item description was "very good", the oil reservoir was cracked under the sight glass, the bleed screw was missing, the rear fan cowl was so badly dented that it had to be removed entirely, and the oil dipstick was half-inserted and leaked immediately because I had something in it Was in a hurry and just opened it up, tried to put oil in but to no avail. The condition is very good and definitely does not apply to this sale. After searching the store I found the correct size screw for the bleeder screw, bought some $40 permabond thread tape and activator and patched the cracks, sight glass and after 4 hours took care of the nut. It works as it should, although it shouldn't have been necessary.
