Looks identical to the original but the battery holder does not grip or hold the battery like the original. This means the battery will work intermittently as it can slip. So if you decide to test them with the red emergency button, have an appropriately sized wrench handy so you can disconnect the positive battery terminal. I had to bend the positive and negative battery contacts on my circuit board to lengthen them to get to the battery. Now it seems to work reliably, but you don't need to be on hand for this thing to work. I gave it a three because it was cheap and I don't mind tinkering around a bit.
