I really like that they offer an online interface to view their work order history as well as all of our invoices for one low monthly fee! It's easy to use with no learning curve required by my employees or myself. The only thing is it doesn't sync up very easily when you are working in two different locations (like me). If your looking into something similar this might be worth considering but make sure it works how you need/want before making any decisions about what software will suit your business needs best. We were able to track everything from customer service issues through billing without having multiple people managing each task separately which allowed us to save time and money while still being compliant. Our staff was also given access so we could do things remotely if needed as COVID-19 hit hard around here.
