Great experience partnering directly with their customer service staff

I enjoyed working closely with our Poh team to understand how they operate as an organization. They are very responsive and always helpful in solving problems or making recommendations that help us achieve success with each project we work together! The only thing about this software is that it's not easy to learn if you do not already have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The team at POH is very professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. They are also very flexible, and work with you to find a solution that will fit your needs. I have nothing bad to say about POH. Great way keep everyone connected, organized & tracking progress

I really like that they offer an online interface to view their work order history as well as all of our invoices for one low monthly fee! It's easy to use with no learning curve required by my employees or myself. The only thing is it doesn't sync up very easily when you are working in two different locations (like me).
