I enjoyed working closely with our Poh team to understand how they operate as an organization. They are very responsive and always helpful in solving problems or making recommendations that help us achieve success with each project we work together! The only thing about this software is that it's not easy to learn if you do not already have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. If everything matches up well between your needs/requirements for the documents you're creating, then there will be no issues at all once you get set-up. This has been able to streamline my workflow when handling documents for different clients by allowing me to access them from anywhere without having to send off documents via email attachments, etc. Additionally it allows me to edit documents online so I can keep track of changes made over time which saves hours per week spent doing revisions before sending out finalized copies to potential customers.
