I wanted to love these. Today 3/9/21 they arrived on 3/8/21. When I press to lower the temperature, it automatically goes back to the highest setting. It switches from Celsius to Fahrenheit when I try to lower the temperature. The temperature does not change from 450f/230c. So you will come back. Update: My initial rating of the product was one star. However, the company contacted me, apologized for the difficulties I was having with the product, and provided me with a $20 gift certificate so I could find the best curling iron for my needs. Although I was not satisfied with the product, the customer service and owner responses were prompt, professional, and efficient. So I changed my rating to reflect the customer service aspect of my purchase. In today's environment, it's difficult to find good customer service.
