I'll try again but he'll probably be back soon. It seems to be solidly built, but: 1. Doesn't seem to fit: The top front strap is too small and too high, but I'm trying to adjust it. And I'm not a very tall person.2. Back hurts: There is simply no pillow! If you look at it before you put it on it's there, but when you put it on it seems to disappear, especially when you move the waist belt. The design is most likely to blame: The polylamellar "inner frame" protrudes too far down under the thin padding and almost directly touches the belt area. And I only put six pounds in it.
