I have had several opportunities to work with Eileen when she was our Account Executive for several years at different times in my career and each time we had an outstanding working relationship that allowed us both to do what needed doing very well. She moved into her current role as a VP of Successesolutions about 9 months ago - which has not changed how effective or great it worked before then! The only thing I can think you could say negative about this experience would be that if there are any problems they need attending to right away so no one gets frustrated waiting too long (or worse) than necessary. So far things seem positive overall but like everyone else says, "don't take anything for granted". If something were wrong/not resolved quickly enough by your team member who might otherwise know better than others on that issue, just check back periodically because once someone moves out of their position it may get backlogged. We used them primarily for SFDC implementations along with customizations such as I like that they are very attentive to detail with their work as well has providing excellent customer service at all times! Great team of people who can help you get your project done quickly in an efficient matter without causing any stress or headaches along way through it's completion process!! They do great customizations for us but if we wanted something else then there was no problem getting them into our system/proposal structure so once implemented things run smoothly from this point forward.
