The best feature is the ability to set up profiles and then use them to create a package quickly. The layout of the quote is a little confusing. It takes a little while to get used to how it looks. I've been able to create a package quickly using the profile feature. I am able to do this using quote templates and profiles. I am able to create a package quickly and then edit it to fit my needs. The customer support has been very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. They are always willing to help us out with any issues we have. I would like to see a little more customization of the quote itself as well as some more options for add-ons. As it stands now I think it is fairly limited in terms of customization. We have been able to streamline our sales process and reduce manual entry errors with Configit Quote.
