Good water quality, easy-to-replace cartridges, and lower costs
I have replaced another filter with this one and am much happier with this new filter. As with the latest model, the water is tasteless. However, replacing cartridges with a new filter is much easier. Just a twist and the job is done, unlike the difficulty I had before opening the old filter housing and then tightening it to keep it from leaking. None of them are cheap, but this model was cheaper than my old one.
