Fits well, works with existing locks
When I bought my house in 2005 I replaced all the locks with new ones with the same keys so all the doors use the same key. I was a little surprised that 2 out of 3 clasps broke in 9 years of use. The good news is that this is a fairly cheap and easy fix. I really like that the deadbolt is accessible so I didn't have to replace any part of the lock to fix the problem. If you have Prime shipping, it's fast too. We also have a deadbolt so I just pulled out the old deadbolt and used the deadbolt to lock the door while I waited for the new one. As long as the bolt is available I will use the locks I have, even if I have to replace the bolts again.
