That's great! I really feel a big boost of energy after taking it! Also, I had a lot of digestive issues that seem to have gone away with this product. I really trust Amazing Grass and believe their products are of the highest quality. I used their green superfood powder many years ago but it was high in enzymes and probiotics which caused me digestive issues and upset stomach. I love that this powder contains only natural herbs, with no enzymes or probiotic additives. The taste isn't great, but it's not bad either. It is slightly sweet with a grassy aftertaste. I tried it with apple juice but it turned out to be too sweet for me. I just mix it with some water. I don't like it, but just taking a sip and washing it down with water is enough to get the taste out of your mouth. If you used it in a large smoothie, you probably wouldn't notice.
