These things were never new and after reading reviews when I bought them I ended up here. And I've shown diligence. You get a large selection of very well dimensioned bags in excellent quality. The included pump works like a charm, no vacuum is needed at all. But I've made a few and they work really fast. I've only had a few pressure drops from not sealing properly or suspecting there might be a sudden change in weather on the way from Connecticut to New York. Bags and pumps are reusable. I would buy them again and recommend them to good friends. When you first use it on comforters, pillows, bedding and regular clothes, you will be amazed at the time savings.
