Reading the instructions on the website is confusing, And looking at the photos makes it worse - the average image you apply the treatment to is dry , and The first and third pictures are wet. Instructions are on the box. You need to wash your hair, apply this and then rinse to make sure you have washed off all the soap. The? Anyway, I put a little bit on dry hair and then I wash my face and put it back on. My dry hair ate it up.
