I have PCOS and have struggled with male pattern hair growth for years. I confined myself to my home unless I shaved my face or arms that day. Yes, I have to use a men's electric facial shaver every day. This has slowed my hair growth so far and I've only been using it for a few weeks. There are small spots that don't actually have hair. I'm so excited to keep using it. I only started at level 3, found it almost unbearable. But now I'm doing level 4 and it seems the same as level 3. It's like a warm rubber band that pops over and over again. he says to wear sunglasses. Do that. it's bright. You can tell it's only reaching the spot where the lightbulb doesn't hit the whole square, so make sure you're only moving tiny bits at a time. between each pop (light flashes) about 7 seconds pass. So you bring it to your face, pull the trigger, it pops, blinks 7, then turns green when it's ready for you to pull the trigger again. I've used this on the lip, chin, cheeks, near the ear, neck (everything from chin down/left to right) and chest. It only does a certain number of flashes before the bulb needs replacing, but there will be plenty of flashes before you need a new one. like 399k flashes. it counts every flash on screen for you.
