Review on 🌸 HEM Incense: Vanilla Scented Box of 6 Tubes (20g each) by Candace Parker

I'm a vanilla snob, that's true. I'm also a bit biased towards HEM because while I've had a few decent surprises, what I'm most disappointed with is this company and their fragrances. Something has let me down. When I opened the box and sniffed an unlit stick, it smelled strongly of plastic and plasticine with hints of vanilla notes in the background. It wasn't promising, but I love vanilla, so I figured it would smell better in the light. When burned it gives off a very artificial aroma. I will definitely finish the box but I doubt I will take this one again. I've had the best results with the Dollar Tree brand vanilla flavor. I would recommend Gonesh Vanilla. It's much cleaner and doesn't have any artificial notes. It's not the worst smell I've ever smelled, but it's definitely not in my top 10 picks. Damn, it could have been worse. It might be like her chocolate incense. Well, if you want to smell something artificial, smell it, awful.
