Backlight on all three items works as advertised. The user manual only refers to the keyboard backlight settings, the pad and mouse are simple. The keyboard is pretty loud, so if you like typing then this is for you, but if you're streaming or using an open mic and don't want noise, I'd recommend looking into another product. The mouse is okay for the price. While I have no complaints about the functionality, it comes in handy for long sessions. The main problem with this product is the mouse pad. . Use a different material for the perimeter seams. I'm right handed and since my left hand is immobile I don't have much of a problem with it. The problem is with the mouse. If you play [I play for hours], you will find that your forearm starts to hurt. This is directly related to the seam, which does not consist of a common thread. It feels almost plastic, but is flexible. I finally decided to wear long sleeves and on hotter days I wrapped a piece of fabric around my forearm so I wouldn't feel any discomfort. One problem is that the volume keys [F10 and F11] seem useless. . If you don't have a headset with a volume control, the game settings and manually adjusting the volume from the taskbar are your best friends. During an online session this will be a problem. I contacted the company to see what I'm missing as I couldn't find a solution myself. This will be updated after their reply. The attached palm rest makes it possible. It significantly reduces the discomfort. No problem. The final downside is that the lights turn on and stay on when you press a key after the computer turns off. Maybe there is a way to turn it off without restarting the computer? Overall, I recommend this product if you can't afford a more expensive setup. The keyboard is comfortable to use, the pad is the right size, the mouse is comfortable to use.
