Straw Falls and Broken Spout
That's good, but the straw doesn't stay in place like most water bottles. What's really disappointing is that where the spout flexes, cracks appear over time. This is my second bottle because my little one loves the design. Please buy a better spout so that it doesn't tear and the straw stays in it. Or offer parts. Now I'm looking for a new drinking bottle.
