The best thing about this software is that it has all features in one place, which makes managing tickets very easy! It's also really simple to use with no complicated settings or anything like that- just drag & drop your way into actionable tasks for clients/team members etc.- great customer service as well from their staff too (we had an issue where we needed help but were unable get through). I've not found any downsides atm either so far - everything seems pretty good :) We're using traffic ticket management system by solving our problems related to client communication regarding car repairs / issues they have encountered while driving around town.
