I seem to have more and more Alexa points in my house (I got one by buying a TV, another Sirius/XM etc.). I don't want them to take up space on my surfaces. I have one hooked up to a kitchen island to use as a timer while cooking and another in my small bedroom. Once I figured out how to assemble it, it was easy. I was surprised at the weight, but that's because of the Dot, not the Touvren mount. They fit snugly into the wall sockets. One nice thing about handing out dots is that I can now make an announcement to the whole house to let everyone know when breakfast is ready.
