Works great with Dell Laptop Docking Station

I am using this on a Dell Laptop Docking Station to connect a single DisplayPort monitor that is already in use. I haven't had any picture issues or flickering yet. I only use it for office work, so I can't comment on movies or games. It's cheap for my purposes and does exactly what I need it to do.
