Easy to use, although the repeated "BLUE TOOTH ON" warning is quite repetitive and loud. That being said, the location of the various buttons to change the settings on my 2003 Lexus RX300 is pretty hard to get to. But due to the small and cylindrical design of the device, it would be very difficult for me to change the switch positions. OTW works as said and is pretty easy to use. Nice and functional accessory for those who need access to Blue Tooth for older cars that don't have Blue Tooth built in.
