I really like this case. It can be difficult to open at first, but all you have to do is gently pry open the seams between the bumpers. Start at the top (front chamber) and then move to the side. If it won't come loose, try the opposite side - one side will seem to attach first. Despite the instructions, the built in screen protector seems to work great with the SuperShieldz glass I have fitted to my SM-T510. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RM952ZV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) I have two of these tablets right now and the protective case on one moves away from the tablet a bit, but that doesn't seem to affect functionality. The hand strap is very comfortable and fixed at a 45 degree angle. The retractable stand works well for landscape use, but is too short and narrow for portrait use except on a hard surface - it's unstable on a bed or lap. I love that this is a multi-piece stand that closes securely rather than a simple folding stand. Access to buttons and ports is convenient thanks to rubber covers. Access to the charge port is wide enough so there are no restrictions when using a magnetic charge/sync cable (NetDot Gen10) - you just need to bend the port cover just enough to avoid breaking the connection. As mentioned in other reviews, it can be difficult to reach the edges of the screen due to the beveled edge, but in the new case of the two I have it seems a little easier, so maybe the design has been improved in some way . All in all the only two improvements I would like are: . Less bevel on the side of the screen or more distance from the edges of the screen to make it easier to reach the edge of the touchscreen.2. Longer/wider stand so it can be used in portrait mode.
