Pros:* Everything included: scanner, micro USB cable, software CD.* The tool looks and feels solid. Simply plugs into an OBDII port.* The tutorial video is incredibly helpful, as are additional websites to download if your CD contains corrupted or incomplete files.* The software functionality works exactly as promised; was able to reset my EV high voltage contactor positions and DTCs caused by vehicle shutdown protocol. Cons: * The software was difficult to install. It is highly recommended to watch the video, install MDI Manager and Java first, and download the updated files EXCEPT the GDS2.exe file.* Make sure you are not browsing the location of GDS2.exe from your desktop (or any other move folder). if you want to work properly; Otherwise Tech2Win and VDX Manager will not find it. Other thoughts: * For $110 I was able to purchase a long term diagnostic and software/hardware reset kit that saves over $500 in towing costs and hourly theft diagnostic fees. *Recommended for any knowledgeable owner who enjoys doing their own maintenance.
