Arrived with the plastic packaging already cut up, but all the parts were there. It is in order. Most likely a return, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that other than the fact that there were no instructions (perhaps not included?) I grabbed the frame and set it all up. I tightened it with the handle until it stopped turning. I thought I would break it! Things were still free. I thought "what a bunch of crap" but the reviews were good so (like most things in my life) I had to explain user error. I did a google search for a tutorial. Found one. 2:44 minutes saved the day. And what a surprise: it was user error! The guy in the video turned the crank until it stopped turning and THEN turned the main crank to tighten the rest. I did as shown and the strap around my frame was tightened like a drum. Perfect! This will really help the frames department. The only step in the framing process I would have to change is that I have to wait for the glue to dry completely, remove the tape and THEN hammer in the nails as you can't do that with a tape on a frame. Frame. Seems like a manageable change to me. Overall I highly recommend this product especially if you are interested in frame making.
