Retaining hook broken after 2 days

I have wanted to receive such a product for a long time. Since I do hair and I would love to do my own. As soon as he arrived I did my hair (Knottles Braids). The mirror helped me get my parts in order, can't complain. 2 days later, in the middle of the night, I hear a cracking noise in my bathroom, and there's a completely broken waste of money lying on the floor.
