Review on Pacon Multicultural Construction Paper Large Size Options: 12 x 18 Inches by Gelin Battle

I am a teacher who bought it so my colorful students could paint by themselves. First let me say that Kaplan was a great salesman. I received the package quickly and the product was as described. But the product itself disappointed me. First, it advertises itself as "multicultural" but contains plain white paper sheets (the same white as the background on this site). I don't know anyone with that skin color! The next shade is a peach shade; again a color you can find in crayola but not quite a skin tone. The next shade of yellowish that I think should be for Asians. I'm not sure how good it will be. There are about 6 shades that are legally brown. They may not exactly match the skin, but they try. I will say that as a white person, I approach any of these better than peach blossoms. My final complaint is that the darkest brown is too light. Many African Americans have darker skin. I think that what is called multicultural should have much darker undertones. In conclusion, I respect this attempt, but companies must do better. Again, I can't find a better option here, so good luck!
