Review on Melling MPE-256BR Freeze Plug Kit: Comprehensive Solution for Engine Freezing Issues by Jared Stauder

This plug was a larger diameter than the one that came on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 liter 6 cylinder. I cleaned the cork hole and put the cork in the freezer but it didn't fit. Putting it next to the original you could see the difference in diameter (slight, about half the thickness of a dime, but enough that it wouldn't fit). I went to AutoZone and got a kit that fit perfectly. The fork itself appears to be of good quality giving one star as it does not fit the car as advertised.
