1 year update: Both still going strong. have used these a dozen nights or so now (Camping and power outages). Sat for 6 months and still went to full nights of use.I have the old school System 1 Bipap because it is one of the few that can handle such a high setting (goes to 20, but 18 is as high as any full face mask I've tried can handle without lifting off face). Using a single one of these I only got around 2-3 hours out of it. Using 2 linked together gave me a solid 8 hours of use even with humidifier set at a low setting: powerpacks were empty at that point. Used both of them for a 4 hour sleep WITHOUT the humidifier and still had 75% left, at the 6.5 hour mark when I got up it showed aprx. 50% left. Humidifiers suck down the power.I usually use a car battery when I'm camping which gives me 2+ days of use even with humidifier at low setting and going through a 110v converter but 20lb battery is not very portable.4 out of 5 stars because my original 100WH battery pack for my bipap gave me 3 hours sleep which means like others reviewers have said, these batteries are at or just under 100WH, NOT the 132WH they claim.
