I bought this for one of my sons who is an avid lover of cast iron skillets. He likes the Hullless Chainmail Scrubber and says it easily removes all of the food residue from cast iron pans without removing the spices. He says all he has to do is take a slightly warm pan and run it under warm running water and it will come out spotless.
