Review on Universal Laptop and Gear Stand: Odyssey LUNISPDB L-Evation + Pioneer CDJ-100 Plate Stand with Double Arm Package by Centerfold Montague

I'm a production manager at a nightclub and we bought this for our DJ booth. It arrived with the wrong part as well as a few bent ones. One of the brackets that the CDJ sits on is miscut and will not fit the CDJ as advertised. I contacted the support team and upon request sent them some photos documenting the issue, which they kept asking for more but never answered my questions about whether the issue will be fixed or for what purpose all these do. The photos are almost all the same. They assured me it was for "quality control" but kept asking for minutely different photos without actually solving the problem. I thought it was hopeless and gave up. This might be a good mechanism, but the one I received wasn't, and the customer support is unhelpful to say the least.
