Audi B8 with NP Bose audio system and MMI connection That thing is garbage! Tried using 2 completely different phones to get this to work. The wire did exactly the opposite of what was stated. They say it does NOT charge the phone, well that's all it did was charge a phone with no sound through the carrier. The second phone that was tried with it brought absolutely nothing. I still attempted to do their fake troubleshooting work (I can only say I did) because I knew it wouldn't work if the cable isn't meant for anything other than actual charging. With today's technology, an MMI cable shouldn't need "troubleshooting," it's plugged into the gaming world with things like that for everyone. These are fake cables. Save money and buy a quality Bluetooth adapter for $10 more.
