Repackaged and already 100% charged. I've used it 3 times and it works great. Battery life was reduced by only 10% per use for me. I don't need more than 10 minutes to do the scalp. Maybe a few more times to practice and I'm sure everything will be faster and smoother. I've always used beard trimmers that are close to the scalp but not close enough and it always takes too long. I decided I wanted something for a closer shave and that helped. This is the first razor of this type that I have used and I will never use a beard trimmer again.
