Bought 3 packs. (The 6th coaster is in the teen's room which I won't venture into as she is now asleep.) 1 pack for me, 2 for gifts. I've also bought stone coasters that absorb liquid, but these are my favorites, even though they're cheap and non-absorbent. vinyl coasters They have a non-slip, non-scratch center pad on the back so I don't have to worry about sliding them over my new end tables, office desk, media center, new bedroom end tables, etc. Like a girl from a movie "Signs" I have various drinks and bottles of water (or fruit jelly or a glass or two of coffee), sit in 3 or 4 rooms when moving around during a conference call, or when I'm cleaning, or just I'm just walking around wondering why I entered the room. What am I looking for again? Not really. Why did I come here? At least I'm drinking while experiencing the doorway effect over and over again throughout the day. Rate me. I like being able to have a drink in any room except soda or seltzer, I prefer room temperature drinks unless I'm exercising, blasting off stress (I'm not the only one doing this, I've checked) or gardening. So I bought big packs of vinyl coasters (and the stone coasters I mentioned, I love liquids). My friends saw them at a party and loved them, but little do they know that they are some kind of gift for a middle-aged woman. . Like cool moms. If I were one of them But no. The kids at their 16th birthday also raved about the coasters, so yes. I don't know anyway, I like them, that's my perspective. Take her. Enjoy it. Or not. No pressure.
