This was exactly the model I was looking for and it works seamlessly with my TLC TV using the batteries provided by the company. Received it the same day and it was packaged in a plain plastic bag to keep out dust and stuff. When it arrived it was clean and easy to maintain. I bought this remote control as a backup in case the one that came with the TV suddenly breaks. It's not, but I still use it regularly. You can use both at the same time and it works perfectly. I can take the original and switch the TV inputs and a second later I can take this replacement remote and change the volume, no conflicts. I keep one on my desk and one on my bed so I always have the remote handy. Perfect, so comfortable. I would buy it again and at this price it's definitely not worth it.
