This card is an excellent combination of Firewire and USB2.0 ports, making it a very good single PCI slot for adding both to an existing one PC power. I have two of these cards on two different computers and they both work perfectly, the first for over a year and the second since I bought them a few weeks ago. This card offers broad operating system support. I've used it on Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, and Windows XP, as well as various flavors of Linux including VectorLinux, Arch Linux, and most recently Yoper Linux 3.0. The price is very reasonable for what you get. So, with its affordable price, compact single-slot size, and broad operating system support, this card is a great addition to your existing PC. Highly recommended.
