Helps Palm pain best in my review

The reason I got these was because when I do Dumbbell bench or shoulder press, the bar is so small it pinches the tendon in my palm causing pain. The grips give more surface area so your whole hand is holding the bar rather than the bar just resting in your palm. It helps a ton. If you have this problem I'd say try it!
