Poor Welding - Catalytic Converters
The welded flange connecting to the front catalytic converter was not square to the pipe. Deviation not less than 1/8 inch. Guilty. The alignment had to be checked before installation. It should run parallel to the front converter flange. I hope the seal (deformed) holds. The quality controller must have been asleep.
