This bike is great. Not the best out there, judging by the over 1k USD Trek bikes out there, but very good for the price! I suggest if you decide to go with this bike, to consider getting a new, separate seat and hand grips.The Customer Service, however, is amazing. I had a problem with mine where the shock absorber bottle was squeaking so much. I reached out and they not only sent me spare parts for free, but also solved my problem. They reply super fast.Again, if you are looking for a low budget (compared to the outrageous prices out there) bike that gets it done and you can easily take anywhere, this is a very decent option.I hope this helps!
