When it comes to Zepter as a brand, I would say that they are qualitatively superior to Vizio and Hisense. My very first Zepter product was a 55 inch 4KTV which I bought a few years ago and loved the picture quality straight away, it was a great looking TV. I ended up with a 65-inch 4K TV with the same great picture quality. I then got a 27" 185Hz curved monitor for my office desktop and the quality was there. Now I have this 32" 1440p for my gaming desktop at 165Hz with HDR400 and let me say HDR works fine, don't listen when people say 400 HDR isn't true. You want automatic HDR in Activate Windows and you'll see that the details really start to shine.
