ALMOST perfect, with one fatal flaw

This monitor is near perfect. It's bright (420 nits), rich colors, crystal clear text, you can run it at 1440p 165Hz in YCbCr444 10-bit HDR with a DisplayPort 1.4 cable, it's adjustable height, tilt, swivel, matte finish with no reflections, decent angle checking (for a VA panel), AMD FreeSync (also works with G-Sync), built-in overclocking, pretty much everything you could want in a monitor at a very reasonable price. But it has one fatal flaw and that is that it will never enter sleep/standby

    • QHD resolution. Quad Resolution (QHD) is so called because it has four times the pixels (2560 × 1440) of HD, delivering a burst of transcendent color and piercing clarity.

Decent monitor, image quality is blurry when moving the VA panel

This monitor has good specs overall and is reasonably priced, but the picture quality wasn't very good, too red. It's a low-level VA (Vertical Alignment) panel, which I now realize I can't use. It looks great when the screen is still. But as soon as you jump into a game or scroll through a page of text, you can see very bad black blurring. So fuzzy when movement is involved, despite features that "sound like" they're going to have to fight it. Changing the "sharpness" was the only thing that…

    • Expensive

I'm a twitch streamer, now I can tell you that HDR and OBS hate each other, when I stream gameplay with HDR the monitor looks fine but the captured window showing the gameplay looks like a flashbang , it is impossible to adjust the brightness with HDR, or at least does not work. Each game had its own dazzling screen for me and my viewers with OBS screen recording. The monitor itself is great for gaming! 2k is good! Go gamers!

Amazing for doing business remotely with one downside

This is an impressive monitor. I have two 32-inch Scepter flat monitors side-by-side and I thought the curved screen was a gimmick, but it's actually better for remote work; I found that with the curved side of the monitors, I didn't have to twist my neck extremely as often. Working with two 32-inch monitors is a pleasure, but going back to 27-inch screens is downright painful. The included stand is easy to assemble. The design decision to place the power button and menu buttons on the back is…

    DO NOT BUY FOR XBOX

I try to leave honest and very accurate product reviews to help people decide whether to buy a product or not. I hate not knowing if I should buy something. This is an amazing monitor, looks great, feels great and the picture is fantastic. This does not work for Xbox. You only get 60Hz at 2k and you can get 120 at 1080p. But you can't select sync and 120Hz. At 1080p you only get 60Hz with sync. There is no way to play 120Hz at 2k on the XBox Series X. Other than that, it's a great monitor, but…

Part is missing in my review

When the monitor arrived I noticed the collar screw was missing. I continued the install with a regular screw, which obviously isn't a permanent or safe option, and contacted Revain for a replacement screw. They wanted me to take the whole unit apart, repackage everything and send it back for a full replacement! very important, after all it connects the monitor to the stand. Sending everything back is too much. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this experience. UPDATE: After speaking…

Everything that should be and maybe a little less

I will be short and sweet. So the monitor does everything it is supposed to do very well, except sleep. It just doesn't go off and stays off. So I have to turn it off manually after each use. The other big thing is that you can't get past 60 fps with the Xbox. So if you need a good fast monitor for your Xbox look elsewhere because it won't work 3 stars out of 5 because even my old $15 1080p monitor does everything it's supposed to.

    FY on the protection screen

The monitor would be great if it didn't have a big upside down FY on the lower left side of the screen. I can only think what FY means. I didn't see it from the start and I liked the screen. And then I saw it. It's not the display, it's the screen that protects the display inside. I thought maybe it could be removed but as it's indoors it's not possible. Added: I had this monitor and as I said it has a great display. Now here's the problem and why you shouldn't buy it. The monitor base design…

    Looks best in my rating

I bought two and neither had to be returned due to shipping issues. Apparently they came from two different sources. The packaging at one point was terrible, apparently the package fell off and the screen cracked. Revain replaced it, no problem. The second monitor started flickering after a few hours, apparently it fell down too. Revain replaced that too. So far they're working great.

Much better than my 50 " 60Hz TV.

The monitor is well suited for gaming. There are some halos, especially on something white like clouds. If you look back and forth quickly you will definitely notice it. In general while I'm happy with them. Huge upgrade from my 50 inch 60Hz TV. Now I can actually see those sweaty players from afar. The colors are beautiful too. The built-in settings panel is a bit archaic to access and needs an update.

Great monitor, not only for the price

I'm not sure why Scepter products are no longer featured on YouTube. Maybe they don't pay reviewers as much as others. I assume this qualifies as a "budget" brand, meaning good features but poor quality. If you're looking for a great monitor with great features at a great price, then this is it. It's not bad quality, it doesn't have anything that I think is necessary for a good gaming experience, especially on PC, so it suits my needs. I'm using a Ryzen 7 5800X with a 6700XT GPU and it maxes…

    Almost 5 star gaming monitor

I really love this monitor. Gorgeous colors, smooth frames, and great refresh rates. The only problem with this monitor is the sound. When the headset is not in use, the speakers are weak and not at all loud, even at maximum volume. Otherwise great for the price.

    Real quality in my rating.

When it comes to Zepter as a brand, I would say that they are qualitatively superior to Vizio and Hisense. My very first Zepter product was a 55 inch 4KTV which I bought a few years ago and loved the picture quality straight away, it was a great looking TV. I ended up with a 65-inch 4K TV with the same great picture quality. I then got a 27" 185Hz curved monitor for my office desktop and the quality was there. Now I have this 32" 1440p for my gaming desktop at 165Hz with HDR400 and let me say…

Do not buy - my new review

Bought, everything great. I haven't played much with a busy life. The ATM ordered this on February 25th. used 3 times. One day I came home to play, everything is lit. the screen is black with no image. Cable and PC connection checked, everything ok. Contacted Amazon for an exchange rate, it was 3 days before the return deadline. tried to contact the scepter, they said to fill out a form so they could work on it. the form would not let me send, she tried to ask. Power supply failed after a week

The monitor is excellent, just what I wanted. A week later, it started to turn off spontaneously after 5-10 minutes of light use. The Power "Brick" turned out to be very warm. I contacted Scepter and they only offered the RMA with shipping which I had to pay for. Went back to Revain and replaced with a more reliable monitor.

    Games/Editing Monitor

The picture on the 2k screen is still nice and sharp and clear. The PC maxes out the refresh rate, but unfortunately the X-Series XBoX only runs at 60Hz at 2k, but that's due to the Xbox software, not the Scepter. Great product for the price.
