When the monitor arrived I noticed the collar screw was missing. I continued the install with a regular screw, which obviously isn't a permanent or safe option, and contacted Revain for a replacement screw. They wanted me to take the whole unit apart, repackage everything and send it back for a full replacement! very important, after all it connects the monitor to the stand. Sending everything back is too much. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this experience. UPDATE: After speaking to two agents, Revane gave me money to buy a neck bolt. Not ideal, but I think so.
